在使用過(guò)程中存在操作畫(huà)面與DCS操作畫(huà)面不一致、無(wú)法查看控制邏輯、SOE報警等問(wèn)題,與現場(chǎng)偏差較大,無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足多人同時(shí)培訓的需求。為了提升仿真機培訓效果, 2020年客戶(hù)提出改造需求, 和利時(shí)集團旗下北京和利時(shí)工業(yè)軟件有限公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“工軟公司”)為客戶(hù)提供定制化軟件解決方案,為1000MW機組電廠(chǎng)的順利實(shí)施和現場(chǎng)實(shí)施人員的模擬操作應用奠定堅實(shí)的基礎。HONEYWELL CC-TAIX01
項目同步建設脫硫、脫硝、電除塵等先進(jìn)環(huán)保設施,汽機采用一次中間再熱、單軸四缸四排汽、沖動(dòng)凝汽式、八級回熱抽汽的方式,同時(shí)鍋爐為超超臨界參數變壓直流爐,采用對沖燃燒方式、固態(tài)排渣、單爐膛、一次中間再熱等先進(jìn)技術(shù),可有效降低項目能耗。

2.項目實(shí)施情況
工軟公司仿真系統依托以能量、質(zhì)量、動(dòng)量守恒原理為核心建立的流網(wǎng)算法,采用“機理數學(xué)伯努利模型+虛擬DPU”技術(shù),使之與和利時(shí)MACS系列DCS控制系統有機結合,具備操作培訓、熱控培訓、事故演練、控制驗證與優(yōu)化、工藝學(xué)習與優(yōu)化等功能,真實(shí)地模擬現場(chǎng)環(huán)境并正確反映有關(guān)環(huán)境參數對機組運行帶來(lái)的影響,為1000MW機組電廠(chǎng)的順利實(shí)施和現場(chǎng)實(shí)施人員的模擬操作應用奠定堅實(shí)的基礎。具備如下功能:HONEYWELL CC-TAIX01底板

由于采用虛擬DPU技術(shù),仿真機與現場(chǎng)操作畫(huà)面及邏輯高度一致,仿真系統框架與實(shí)際現場(chǎng)數據對照關(guān)系如下圖所示:
