和利時(shí)首套總線(xiàn)型仿真平臺設計
本項目DCS系統為和利時(shí)生產(chǎn)的HOLLiAS_MACS V6控制系統。該系統支持OPC協(xié)議和ModBus協(xié)議,可實(shí)現與第三方系統連接。
上位機通過(guò)和利時(shí)自主開(kāi)發(fā)的工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)協(xié)議HSIE與下位機傳遞數據。下位機通訊采用Profibus-DP總線(xiàn),同時(shí)支持HART總線(xiàn)。該分散控制系統包含DAS、MCS、SCS、FSSS、DEH、BPS、MEH、ECS等功能。和利時(shí)MACS-SM現場(chǎng)控制站集成PROFIBUS-DP現場(chǎng)總線(xiàn)技術(shù),現場(chǎng)標準DP儀表設備由DPY-LINK接入上級DP總線(xiàn)系統,CC-TAOX11底板現場(chǎng)PA儀表設備經(jīng)由DP/PA LINK接入上級DP總線(xiàn)系統。
仿真實(shí)施中需要針對總線(xiàn)型的設備及模型進(jìn)行單獨處理,對于DP\PA的POU方案頁(yè)通訊點(diǎn),通過(guò)編寫(xiě)SIMEXCEL自動(dòng)轉換工具進(jìn)行批量提取,以中間點(diǎn)的模式跟仿真平臺進(jìn)行通訊,實(shí)現各項參數的通訊。

該項目由大唐集團仿真專(zhuān)家組進(jìn)行驗收,在為期兩周的驗收過(guò)程中,各位專(zhuān)家對于仿真機的正常啟停機操作、故障仿真、就地仿真、CCS協(xié)調、HONEYWELL CC-TAOX11底板機組參數等各個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了詳細的測試,和利時(shí)以先進(jìn)的產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)和專(zhuān)業(yè)的實(shí)施團隊贏(yíng)得專(zhuān)家組的認可,為工軟公司仿真業(yè)務(wù)在火電行業(yè)的進(jìn)一步拓展打下了良好基礎。
