1 高電壓試驗數據處理的傳統模式
高電壓試驗數據處理的傳統模式為試驗數據采集、試驗數據處理和試驗報告審批；其全過(guò)程均為紙質(zhì)文擋和手工作業(yè)；高電壓試驗數據處理的傳統模式流程如圖1。

2 基于工業(yè)交換機的高電壓試驗數據處理平臺硬件配置
基于工業(yè)交換機的高電壓試驗數據處理平臺硬件配置如圖2：工業(yè)交換機由poe供電交換機、ES2208以太網(wǎng)交換機和無(wú)線(xiàn)Modem(貓)組成；ES2208以太網(wǎng)交換機網(wǎng)聯(lián)采集卡、示波器、PC機、攝象頭等完成試驗數據的采集，并網(wǎng)聯(lián)到人機互動(dòng)。人機互動(dòng)組建小型無(wú)線(xiàn)網(wǎng)，人機互動(dòng)1-3分別完成試驗數據處理并出具試驗報告；將電子文檔報告網(wǎng)上傳到試驗辦公室，進(jìn)行校準、審核和批準。
poe供電交換機是一個(gè)典型的以太網(wǎng)供電系統。在配線(xiàn)柜里保留以太網(wǎng)交換機設備，用一個(gè)帶電源供電集線(xiàn)器(Midspan HUB)給局域網(wǎng)的雙絞線(xiàn)提供電源。在雙絞線(xiàn)的末端，該電源用來(lái)驅動(dòng)電話(huà)、有線(xiàn)接入點(diǎn)、相機和其他設備。為避免斷電，可以選用一個(gè)UPS。
ES2208是一款采用REALTEK RTL8370N 芯片的8口10/100/1000Mbps 非管理型以太網(wǎng)交換機。此產(chǎn)品提供8個(gè)10/100/1000Mbps 自適應端口，高集成度設計，小巧、輕便，操作簡(jiǎn)單，適用于中小型辦公和家庭網(wǎng)絡(luò )。采用存儲轉發(fā)技術(shù)，結合動(dòng)態(tài)內存分配，確保有效的分配到每一個(gè)端口。流量 控制保證節點(diǎn)在傳送和接收時(shí)，盡可能的避免數據包丟失。兼容10Base-T ，100Base-TX，1000Base-T 三種網(wǎng)絡(luò )環(huán)境，端口速度10/100/1000Mbps 自動(dòng)匹配，豐富的QoS策略滿(mǎn)足不同用戶(hù)的需求，支持look-back detection/prevention，LED燈動(dòng)態(tài)顯示電源、網(wǎng)路通斷情況。
