新風(fēng)光通過(guò)對逆變器多電平電路拓撲結構技術(shù)、電壓型逆變器的電流源控制技術(shù)、單元并聯(lián)技術(shù)、并網(wǎng)技術(shù)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行攻關(guān)，實(shí)現了突破。在國內首創(chuàng )并成功運行在軌道交通行業(yè)，填補了國內空白。通過(guò)該項目關(guān)鍵技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)與應用，滿(mǎn)足了城市軌道交通行業(yè)低碳綠色環(huán)保節能的需求，推動(dòng)國產(chǎn)軌道交通裝備的提質(zhì)增效。
3 新風(fēng)光FDBL-JC-650/1500V型再生制動(dòng)能量吸收逆變裝置介紹
該逆變裝置具有動(dòng)態(tài)響應快，并網(wǎng)電流諧波小，回饋能量效率高，可靠性高。產(chǎn)品經(jīng)鐵道部質(zhì)量監督檢驗中心檢驗，各項技術(shù)指標均達到設計要求。該設備被列入科技部2014年度國家火炬計劃項目，山東省重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域首臺套裝備名單。
3.1新風(fēng)光FDBL-JC-650/1500V型再生制動(dòng)能量吸收逆變裝置主要技術(shù)參數
新風(fēng)光FDBL-JC-650/1500V型再生制動(dòng)能量吸收逆變裝置主要技術(shù)參數如下：
(1)功率：峰值功率650kW，持續時(shí)間20s，周期120s

3.2主要工作原理
逆變器部分采用多單元并聯(lián)方式，stacking, AC servo controller and AC servo motor control gantry lifting, accurate and stable, so as to ensure the stacking effect;
