S7-200 PC Access 的項目與 Windows Explorer 相似,以樹(shù)形結構排列,因此用戶(hù)使用起來(lái)非常簡(jiǎn)單便捷。OPC 客戶(hù)測試端以列表格式顯示。當PQ0.0有輸出時(shí),接通光電耦合器S1,光電耦合器是一種把電子信號轉換成為光學(xué)信號,然后又回復電子信號的半導體器件。光電耦合器接通,驅動(dòng)晶體管T1導通,Q0.0輸出24V。輸出電路輸出的三極管是一個(gè)PNP型的,所以輸出電流只能是從Q0.0流出的,接線(xiàn)時(shí)要注意。 T1實(shí)際規格為集電極與發(fā)射極耐壓值100V,集電極電流可達5A。正航公司對晶體管輸出的技術(shù)規范為額定電壓24V DC,額定電流為0.75A,在此額定范圍內,已留有足夠的余量。 在實(shí)際使用,我們發(fā)現有些客戶(hù)會(huì )在輸出端接一些電磁閥,接觸器等感性器件。由于感性負載在接通電源或者斷開(kāi)電源的一瞬間,會(huì )產(chǎn)生反電動(dòng)勢電壓,而這個(gè)電壓可高達幾百伏,很容易擊穿PLC輸出的晶體管。所以我們建議客戶(hù)在接感性器件時(shí),并聯(lián)一個(gè)續流二極管。晶體管輸出型PLC在接感性負載時(shí)會(huì )出現燒壞輸出點(diǎn)晶體管的情況,這是由于感性負載在觸點(diǎn)斷開(kāi)瞬間會(huì )產(chǎn)生一個(gè)反向電動(dòng)勢,這個(gè)反向電動(dòng)勢可高達幾百伏,很容易燒壞輸出點(diǎn)的晶體管。在感性負載兩端反并聯(lián)一個(gè)續流二極管,通過(guò)續流二極管和感性負載構成續流電路
