S7-200 PC Access 的項目與 Windows Explorer 相似，以樹(shù)形結構排列，因此用戶(hù)使用起來(lái)非常簡(jiǎn)單便捷。OPC 客戶(hù)測試端以列表格式顯示。當PQ0.0有輸出時(shí)，接通光電耦合器S1，光電耦合器是一種把電子信號轉換成為光學(xué)信號，然后又回復電子信號的半導體器件。光電耦合器接通，驅動(dòng)晶體管T1導通，Q0.0輸出24V。輸出電路輸出的三極管是一個(gè)PNP型的，所以輸出電流只能是從Q0.0流出的，接線(xiàn)時(shí)要注意。 T1實(shí)際規格為集電極與發(fā)射極耐壓值100V，集電極電流可達5A。正航公司對晶體管輸出的技術(shù)規范為額定電壓24V DC，額定電流為0.75A，在此額定范圍內，已留有足夠的余量。 在實(shí)際使用，我們發(fā)現有些客戶(hù)會(huì )在輸出端接一些電磁閥，接觸器等感性器件。由于感性負載在接通電源或者斷開(kāi)電源的一瞬間，會(huì )產(chǎn)生反電動(dòng)勢電壓，而這個(gè)電壓可高達幾百伏，很容易擊穿PLC輸出的晶體管。所以我們建議客戶(hù)在接感性器件時(shí)，并聯(lián)一個(gè)續流二極管。晶體管輸出型PLC在接感性負載時(shí)會(huì )出現燒壞輸出點(diǎn)晶體管的情況，這是由于感性負載在觸點(diǎn)斷開(kāi)瞬間會(huì )產(chǎn)生一個(gè)反向電動(dòng)勢，這個(gè)反向電動(dòng)勢可高達幾百伏，很容易燒壞輸出點(diǎn)的晶體管。在感性負載兩端反并聯(lián)一個(gè)續流二極管，通過(guò)續流二極管和感性負載構成續流電路
