在整流過(guò)程中輸入的諧波和功率因數均可以控制。由于單元采用PWM整流,可以再生制動(dòng),四象限運行??梢蕴峁╊~定容量80%的回饋能力,減速時(shí)可以將電機和負載的動(dòng)能變成電能反饋回電網(wǎng),無(wú)需制動(dòng)電阻,就可以實(shí)現快速的減速和制動(dòng)。MVe2變頻器輸入采用單相PWM整流、諧波極小,這樣使得輸入變壓器二次側繞組不需要移相,結構變得簡(jiǎn)單;同時(shí)采用三電平IGBT串聯(lián)輸出,提高了單元耐壓等級、減少了單元數量使得輸入變壓器二次側繞組數量大大減少、工藝更簡(jiǎn)單可靠。

整流:IGBT、逆變:IGBT為三菱原裝產(chǎn)品,中間直流回路電容:可自愈式金屬薄膜電容,使用壽命長(cháng)。

(2)工頻運行方式
兩臺風(fēng)機均工頻運行期間,保持原邏輯不變,通過(guò)調整風(fēng)機動(dòng)葉自動(dòng)調節一次風(fēng)壓;
(3)一臺變頻一臺工頻運行
1)變頻器投入自動(dòng)調節一次風(fēng)壓,工頻運行風(fēng)機手動(dòng)調節動(dòng)葉開(kāi)度,調整兩臺風(fēng)機出力平衡;
2)工頻運行風(fēng)機動(dòng)葉投入自動(dòng)調節一次風(fēng)壓,變頻運行風(fēng)機手動(dòng)調節轉速,調整兩臺風(fēng)機出力平衡;
