12臺衛生紙機分布從TM31到TM42,下文以TM31紙機為例,來(lái)介紹TMEIC自動(dòng)控制系統在該衛生紙機的通信配置結構。

1.紙機全線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò )自動(dòng)化結構
全線(xiàn)整套網(wǎng)絡(luò )結構由生產(chǎn)監控網(wǎng)絡(luò )層DCS、QCS,現場(chǎng)控制網(wǎng)絡(luò )層V-系列集成控制器,I/O現場(chǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò )層組成,通常,我們將傳動(dòng)系統歸納于I/O現場(chǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò )層。如圖一所示。
變頻器與EGD之間通過(guò)Ethernet工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)通訊,工程師站與PLC及變頻器皆通過(guò)Ethernet以太網(wǎng)。PLC與EGD之間數據交流的是FL-Net總線(xiàn)。
