Bentley Nevada Machinery Condition Monitoring Instructions The 1900/65A Universal Equipment Monitor is designed to continuously monitor and protect equipment used in a variety of applications and industries. The low cost of the monitor makes it an ideal solution for general-purpose machines and processes that benefit from continuous monitoring and protection. Input 1900/65A provides four sensor inputs and four temperature inputs. The software can configure each sensor input to support 2-wire and 3-wire accelerometers, speed sensors, or proximity sensors. Each temperature input supports E, J, K and T type thermocouples and 2-wire or 3-wire RTDs. Outputs 1900/65A provide six relay outputs, four 4-20 mA recorder outputs, and a dedicated buffered output.
User use
The 1900 configuration software configures relay contacts to open or close based on the OK, Alert, and Danger states of any channel or channel combination, and provides data on any recorder output for any variable from any channel. A dedicated buffer output can provide a signal for each transducer input. The Modbus Gateway option allows the monitor to provide static variables, status, event lists, time and date information directly to any Modbus client, including Distributed Control System (DCS), Monitoring and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), or System 1 software. The monitor uses internal counters and Modbus client/master time references to generate time and date information.
