升級部分是預壓設備。在升級之前的問(wèn)題如下：使用工頻驅動(dòng)的預壓設備，由于固定頻率和速度，會(huì )導致較低的糖分萃取率，并且壓榨機很容易就會(huì )被卡住。升級后，采用變頻驅動(dòng)控制。

3.系統配置
據在現場(chǎng)需求，預壓變頻驅動(dòng)器由變壓器柜，供電設備柜和控制柜組成?？刂乒衩姘迳显O有本地/遠程按鈕、緊急停止按鈕和電源頻率/變頻指示燈。
變頻驅動(dòng)器采用英威騰GD5000逆變器。通過(guò)遠程控制臺可以監控系統狀態(tài)和壓榨機速度，操作人員在控制室就可以很便利地根據生產(chǎn)需求來(lái)調整壓榨機運行速度，而且為提高生產(chǎn)效率提供了極大的優(yōu)勢。

4.應用和優(yōu)勢
升級之后，優(yōu)點(diǎn)如下，
1. 軟啟動(dòng)，啟動(dòng)時(shí)間和啟動(dòng)方法可以根據現場(chǎng)情況進(jìn)行調整。
2. 更高的功率因數。0.95以上，無(wú)需使用功率因數補償裝置，并且更加精煉。
3. 對電機無(wú)諧波污染，有效地降低了電機的熱量。
4. 非常低的轉矩脈沖，不會(huì )造成電機和其它機械設備之間的共振，并降低傳輸的機械磨損。
5. 完美的輸出波形，失真度小于4％。
