利用出口壓力控制水泵轉速
為實(shí)現水泵機組隨用水量變化而自動(dòng)調速，最直接的辦法是在管網(wǎng)最不利點(diǎn)處設遠傳壓力計，并設定壓力值。微機系統輸入的壓力信號按存放的程序改變水泵轉數，達到最不利點(diǎn)壓力恒定和供需水量平衡。但是最不利點(diǎn)距泵站往往很遠，遠傳信號不方便。采用泵站出口壓力和流量來(lái)控制水泵轉數是常用的辦法。當管網(wǎng)確定之后，出口壓力應是流量的函數曲線(xiàn)即為管路特性曲線(xiàn)，所以可以利用圖4的控制系統自動(dòng)地調節水泵轉數。
四、系統方案設計 1. 系統電氣設計 1.1三水廠(chǎng)的凈水廠(chǎng) 根據實(shí)際工況要求設計主回路電氣結構圖，選用CL2700高壓變頻器一拖一的成功方案。如圖5所示。一拖一的兩臺電機互為備用。
